Featuring an Anglo-Caribbean architectural style, our concept honors the area’s coastal character, small-town charm, and walkable urban vision while maximizing the site’s potential. The style emphasizes the use of shuttered and divided-light windows, pitched cedar-shake hip roofs, private articulated wood balconies, coral stone accents, and a courtyard.
